Marinate the fish in the salt and lemon juice for 30 mins.
Mix the remaining ingredients together with a little water to form a paste.
Add to the fish and mix in thoroughly.
Leave to stand for about 20 mins.
Heat enough oil for deep frying in a wok.
Coat the fish in a little flour, dust off excess then add to the hot oil.
Fry until golden then drain on kitchen paper.
